Verse A Day

*Lily is wearing PINK TIGHTS for the first time today.  They are so cute on her chubby legs!!
*Peter made it thru nursery at Wellspring for the second week in a row (after months of not making it thru).
*In Wellspring, we are studying Galatians and Paul's argument to not add anything to the Gospel.  And then this part that I've never really noticed before.... in 2:10, he says "10All they (Peter, James, John) asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do."

I want to remember how remember how much Peter loves his books.  He can just sit and read them for a long time.  He had ALL of them piled up that he'd "read" this am while I was showering.  He looks at them so intently when he's reading and when one of us are reading to him.  I love this about him and hope he keeps it up.  (Definately didn't get this from me or Mike, unfortunately.)
He's been great about going down for naps lately.  He went thru a period (in case I didn't document it) where he would sing himself to sleep- "yeah, yeah, yeah".  Now I tell him "I love you"- sometimes he repeats "I" and "You" and then says "BYE!" in his sweet toddler voice.
He also helps me unload the silverware from the dishwasher... here's a pic of him doing that (grubby bib and all)...

So I remember the hard stuff too- the last couple of weeks he's been a HAND FULL.  He was messing with/ touching everything in his path.  He broke our camera and wrote all over the couch with markers that he'd had to climb the bookshelf to get.

The Girl....
She has been so easy so far that I've been delaying putting her on a "schedule" and just enjoying that freedom but I feel like its time now.  So we are working on that this week.  And we finally put her in the crib.  So I am trying to work a schedule for her out with Peter's.  Its been pretty good so far- my big goal, of course, is to get them to both be napping in the early afternoon.  So far so good and I don't take my good sleepers for granted!!  She is a real sweetie and I'm so enjoying her!
