The First 2 Days

I know one day all of these days will blend together.

I think the first two days have gone well.  YAY!  He gets off the bus smiling and happy.  He says it went well.  Mike came home to be at the bus stop the first day. Peter wanted to do legos after school so that was his day 1 activity.

Lily has had good days as well.  She chatted my ears off the first day.  We did finger nails and played games.  Yesterday, we went to church and met friends for a play date and some painting.

 I was happy for the distraction and friend time.  She definitely seems a little unsure of what to do with herself without her Pete.  And altho its been nice to have a little extra quiet, it has been a little sad to have them "split".  Altho easier, the entertainment factor of the two is definitely nice.  :)  

Yesterday, we decided not to do legos again and played in the backyard so there could be more together time after school.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall at school...
